How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are completed within 1 week from templating to installation. Timelines depend on slab availability and project complexity, but we'll give you a clear schedule upfront.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every install comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty and a 30-year material warranty. The workmanship warranty covers our installation work — broken seams, leveling issues, or any other defects in how the countertops were fabricated and installed. The material warranty is backed by the slab manufacturer and covers the quartz itself.
Do I need to pick my slab in person?
We recommend it — quartz looks different in person than on a screen. Our Winnipeg showroom has a full range of slabs you can see and touch. If you can't visit, we'll send detailed photos and samples.
What's included in a quote?
Material, fabrication, edge polishing, and installation within Winnipeg are all included. Sink cutouts are an additional charge. For installations outside the city, a delivery fee applies based on distance.
Do you do tear-out of existing countertops?
No, we don't handle tear-out. Your existing countertops need to be removed before we arrive for installation. Your contractor or handyman can take care of this, or we can recommend someone.
